Terms & Conditions
1. A 25% deposit is required to confirm a booking. In the event of cancellation:
- more than 6 weeks before arrival : full refund
- 4 – 6 weeks before arrival : refund of half the amount of the deposit
- less than 4 weeks before arrival : no refund
2. Payments are to be made in euros
3. Cancellation by the owner – full refund but no other compensation.
4. All breakages or damage to be paid for before vacating the accommodation
5. The owners cannot be held responsible for any accidents occurring
on their property
